Arrive at Namastay Retreat, nestled in the foothills near Zion. Take time to settle into your accommodations, unpack, and ease into the peaceful surroundings. In the early evening, we’ll come together for a welcome happy hour, followed by a group wellness practice designed to release travel tension and help you arrive fully. We’ll end the day with a nourishing dinner prepared by our private chef, allowing you to relax and connect as we begin our retreat together.
Begin the day with a morning wellness practice, followed by a nourishing breakfast to fuel the day ahead. The rest of the day is yours to experience Zion in your own way. Choose adventure by renting an e-bike or joining a small-group canyoneering experience, or opt for a slower pace with a spa visit or a relaxed stroll through local shops.
In the evening, we’ll gather to enjoy Zion’s newest attraction, the Zion Hot Springs—the perfect way to unwind before returning for an evening wellness practice and a chef-prepared dinner.
We’ll begin the day with a morning wellness practice and nourishing breakfast before setting out for one of Zion’s most iconic experiences: The Narrows hike. Grab a to-go lunch prepared by our private chef and head out for a day of adventure in the canyon an unforgettable journey through one of Zion’s most breathtaking landscapes.
After returning to Namastay Retreat, we’ll wind down with a body-nourishing practice, followed by a replenishing, chef-prepared dinner to restore and relax after a full day outdoors.
All good things must come to an end. We’ll begin our final morning together with a closing wellness practice, offering space to reflect, integrate, and savor the experience we’ve shared. Afterward, we’ll gather for one last nourishing meal.
With bodies refreshed, minds clear, and hearts full, we’ll say our goodbyes and begin the journey home, carrying the calm, connection, and memories of our time in Zion with us.
